Don Miller

        Don has 25 years experience in banking and real estate loans, in Medford and in California. He was manager of a branch of The Oregon Bank for eight years in Medford. He developed the Sun Oaks gated community, which has 110 homes. 


        For ten years, he owned and operated Elmer's Pancake and Steak House in both Medford and Grants Pass, as well as the Best Western Motel in Grants Pass, with a total of up to 135 employees. 


        Don has been very active in Medford civic affairs. He's been president of two bankers' associations, a member of the North Medford Lion's Club, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce. 


        Don is happily married, and he's a devoted father and grandfather.

Larry McCollum

         Larry has been involved in the mortgage lending business for over 20 years. He is versed in doing conventional and government residential loans, as well as commercial loans. 
        Larry earned a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration at Saint Mary's College in Moraga, Califonia. He originally worked with his brothers at McCollum Funding in Redding, as controller and senior loan officer. Then he moved here to the Rogue Valley to work at Bob Forrest Loans. The McCollums were one of the pioneer families who originally settled the Rogue Valley. 

        Larry spends his leisure time in church activities and at home with his wife Wanda. They have four children and 21 grandchildren. 

Lloyd Anderson

          Lloyd earned a bachelor's degree in engineering at Chico State, and has been a general contractor, developing and building since 1963, in Oregon since 1977. He's president and co-owner of two construction firms, AMI and Metal Concepts. From land purchase to finished construction, he's done subdivisions, commercial buildings, farm structures and more.  
        Naturally, Lloyd is especially expert at working one-to-one with developers on new construction, from residences to commercial complexes.

        A pilot for over forty years, Lloyd was co-owner of Ranchero Airport in Chico. He also restores classic cars.
        Lloyd is happily married, with two children in school.
