Bob Forrest launched a grassroots project in the 1980's to encourage reform in Russia.
Kathleen Matthews is vice-chairman of the Non-Commissioned Officers Association of Medford, Oregon, which campaigned
successfully for a change in national policy, so that now all veterans can have flags on their coffins. Her chapter has also
begun a national letter-writing campaign regarding veterans' health services.
Moshe Ross was president of his synagogue
for six years.
